Challenge
The platform needed to cater to diverse user personas—HR teams, managers, and employees—while simplifying complex workflows like payroll and performance reviews. Additionally, the design had to balance preserving the brand’s legacy with introducing modern elements to signal growth.
Idea
To address these challenges, I incorporated accent colors into the branding. This approach not only added depth and versatility to better represent diverse user needs but also provided a layered identity that balanced the brand’s established essence with a modern refresh.
The vision was to create a design that was simple yet bold, resonating across all user personas while signaling adaptability and forward momentum.
